I see more and more mock drafts having us taking Shazier. I still say we take a tall wide receiver or athletic tight end. Linebackers and safeties can be found in the middle rounds. The first round is for the skill players and OT's.

You know it's weird.

Ted often takes the guy everyone's been saying he's gonna take. AJ Hawk. BJ Raji. Datone Jones. I think there's a couple other ones.

Bulaga and Sherrod were picks that fell to him, as was Rodgers. If only all these guys could either stay healthy or live up to their draft status, we'd have a hell of a time losing a game.

We will sit around for hours on Thursday (after waiting the extra weeks for the draft to finally get here.) The 21st spot will come up and the time will tick off. The Commish walks to the podium to announce GB has traded the spot for other picks. More than likely Ted will take 5 7th round picks just to tick us off instead of grabbing another 2nd and 3rd round pick.

I have no idea who is who in college football. That you and Porky and rockmolder and all the others can put together a board is amazing to me.

In the past I labored over a board for fantasy baseball. Just the NL. That got to be too much after about 6 or 8 years.

The good news is that ALL levels of "expertise" agree that it takes "THREE YEARS!" to determine if anyone got it right.

By then, all of the above have forgotten what they said three years prior, usually through real effort. 😝
