Not so sure I wouldn't place Green Bay 2 spots higher than Silva has them.

Nice to see he's paying attention by where he has some of our guys slotted on the roster.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

The Packers have been annual defensive underachievers under Dom Capers, from whom Thompson and coach Mike McCarthy refuse to move on. Over the past three years, Green Bay has finished 32nd, 11th, and 25th in total defense, and 19th, 11th, and 25th in points against. I don't think the Packers' defensive failings have necessarily been due to a lack of talent, though injuries have played a role. I am surprised 64-year-old Capers has gotten such a long leash.

this is probably why. can't say I disagree. some will say they defense has issues due to injuries. underachieving is underachieving whatever the reason. time for Dom to step up or step aside.

Seems about right going into 2014, prior to the draft. The middle of our D sticks out like a sore thumb. Hawk, while improved last year, is not getting any younger, and Brad Jones is completely inept.
