I don't think it's common to have two coaches for the secondary and two coaches for linebackers. Typically, it's one for each in my quick team coaches check. I thought it was odd to have four coaches for two groups.

To me 3-4 OLB aren't like other LBers because they're edge defenders who pass rush a lot more often. I wonder how much pass rushing Winston Moss has coached / how good he'll be at it.

True but Bennett coached running with the ball, catching the ball and blocking a lot before going to WR. So the only real new part to that was the WR route running.


Where 3-4 OLB do all the LB stuff and hold defend the edge (which is different than just the middle) and the 3-4 OLB play a stand up 4-2 DE like role when they go to nickel. Which isn't like the other LB positions.

But Bennett was a phenomenal pass catching back when he played. Made a diving catch vs either the Lions or Buccaneers back in 95 that a lot of receivers on their best day couldn't make.

Would have liked a little change in the strength and conditioning department. True, it probably wouldn't change anything, but sometimes, things are just worth trying. Especially when about the only way to go is up.
