Why would Flynn have wanted to be a back up on a Packers anyways when he probably felt he had a chance to start in Buffalo?

Seneca was done. Maybe 3 years ago he still had something. Not this year.

Maybe they made him an offer that we don't know about, and he turned it down. That would certainly make more sense.
