This doesn't surprise me at all with Carroll as the coach, look what he did at USC when he was there. Now the Seahawks will lose another player for substance abuse. This is starting to be a common theme for them.

NFL Media columnist Michael Silver reported Monday that Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner is facing a suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. The suspension is for one year, NFL Media's Albert Breer reported, per union sources. Browner has filed an appeal, per Breer, which has been heard. The Seahawks are ready to move on without Browner, per Silver.

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday that Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond is facing a four-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy. Thurmond is expected to drop an appeal of his suspension next week in order to return for the playoffs.

Browner also missed the final four games of last season for violating the league's performance-enhancing drug policy. He's currently recovering from a groin injury and was not expected to be available until mid-December, coach Pete Carroll said last week.

Seahawks Busted
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

note:

substance abuse is different than a PED suspension.

Thurman III and Browner are being suspended under the former. Sherman was suspended for Adderal.

1 guy "could" have been cheating, the other 2 are just fucking retards.

my guess: weed is legal up here now. and these dipshits think they can sneak by the testers.

there is no cheating here, take your false accusations somewhere else.

boom.

Here are the Seahawks players suspended for substance abuse violations since 2011:

John Moffitt (2011)
Allen Barbe (2012)
Winston Guy (2012)
Brandon Browner (2012)
Richard Sherman (2012)* — later overturned
Bruce Irvin (2013)
Walter Thurmond (2013)
Brandon Browner (2013)

That's more suspensions That's more suspensions than any other NFL team during that period.

As the old saying goes where there is smoke there is fire.

And how many were busted for PEDs in college under Carroll? I remember Cushing was the biggest name and I even remember people questioning Matthews and lets not forget about the whole paying Bush thing. Carroll is a cheater and thats the way his team is.

Sherman said he was busted for adderall along with pretty much every single other player that's been hit for using "performance enhancing drugs" recently. The NFL cannot come out and say what it was they tested positive for so they can just lie and say it was adderall no matter what it was.

beast (9h) : Yeah, and I enjoyed your comments and just attempted to add to it. Sorry if I did it incorrectly.
wpr (11h) : Beast I never said Henderson was the salt of the earth. Nor even that he was correct. Just quoting the guy.
Zero2Cool (13h) : What did you do??
Zero2Cool (13h) : Whoa
beast (13h) : OMG the website is now all white, even some white on white text
beast (14h) : Henderson, who admits to taking cocaine during the Super Bowl against the Steelers, might dislike Bradshaw as he lost two Superbowls to him
wpr (28-May) : Hollywood Henderson said Bradshaw “is so dumb, he couldn't spell 'cat' if you spotted him the C and an A.”
Mucky Tundra (28-May) : Cooper stock=BUY BUY BUY

Zero2Cool (28-May) : Love says knee affected him all season, groin injury didn't help matters.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : I used to enjoy him on FOX Pregame. Now it's like a frat party of former Patriots.
Zero2Cool (28-May) : LaFleur on Watson: “Christian is doing outstanding. I would say he’s ahead of schedule.”
Martha Careful (28-May) : Bradshaw is a dumb ass cracker. I am so tired of his "aw shucks" diatribe. He should shrivel up and go away.

Zero2Cool (19-May) : Packers have signed first-round pick Matthew Golden, leaving second-round tackle Anthony Belton as their only unsigned draft pick
beast (19-May) : Supposedly he has to take his image, and name off of it... but otherwise could keep selling wine if he wanted to.
Zero2Cool (19-May) : he giving up his win business?
beast (19-May) : Speaking of Woodson, sounds like he'll be a minority owner (0.1%) of the Browns
Mucky Tundra (15-May) : Zero, regarding Woodson, that'd why I find the timing with Williams peculiar
dfosterf (15-May) : Ryan Hall y'all does a great job of tracking thesr
