I don't think Tramon is bad, he just needs to be replaced. 2 weeks in a row where he almost had an Interception. The Achilles heel of this defense. The heel this Defense has thrived on the past 4-5 years. This defense is worse than last year, except that the D-line is better. When you're D-Line is the healthiest and by far the best position on your defense in a 3-4, you know something's wrong.

We need to create turnovers badly.. Blitz the sh!t out of Eli next week and don't get away from it. Cause a fricken turnover for once. I know we got one, but that's not good enough. Need more exotic blitzes! We need a padded practice with some tackling, we are stinking big time in that.

Clay played pretty well with a Club. I see people getting on him, but that's not far since he hasn't played in 4 weeks, with insult to injury playing with a club.

Defense will play better next week, they better or there is no hope to even win another game without Rodgers at the helm.

Wade, were you saying Raji returned to being bigtime? Or Raji's inconsistency returned bigtime?

I thought he stunk the whole game, especially that last drive when we knew the Eagles would run, and literally every play Raji was getting pushed around like he weighed half as much.

To your question... my complaint about Raji is that he simply hasn't been dependable quality. He's had some real flashes of dominance, most notably in the last third of 2010. But then he's been wholly underwhelming for long periods of time.

I compare him (negatively) to Pickett. Pickett isn't flashy. You really have to watch him hard all the time to notice either his occasional phenomenal play OR his (very) occasional getting beat badly. But down in and down out, he's consistently occupying multiple players, he's consistently holding the point of attack, he's consistently taking OL out of action so the LBs behind him have opportunities to make plays.

But through the Browns game (which was the last one I saw much of before this one), I finally saw the Raji people have been so gung ho about since before he was drafted. The player that not only might be as good as Pickett, but better and more important to the team's success.

Today I saw the Raji that, until this season, I considered the most overrated player on the team. Today I once again saw the Raji that, until this season, I considered a waste of a first round pick. Perhaps not as much of a waste as Justin Harrell or Jamal Reynolds proved to be, but far too small in his overall performance as a Packer to justify such a high pick.

Why did we start the drive in nickel? This has to have an explanation other than Capers sucking big time again.

Of course it's ideal to have all 80 yard and 10 minute drives that result in touchdowns, but that's unrealistic every drive. Most importantly, score touchdowns. Any lengthy drives that go into scoring said touchdowns is just an added bonus.

How about that last 9 minute drive by the Eagles?

Here's the way I see it. There has been no
QB pressure. You give all day to any NFL QB,
and you will lose. Add the horrible D-backs we
have, and you won't win any games.

Eli Manning must be licking his chops.

We have no capable QB on the roster, and
a banged up O line. Seriously, I don't see the
Packers beating anyone while AR is out.

And by the time he gets back, it will be
too late to make the playoffs.
It's a shame, as this team fought so hard
up until last week. I think we saw the last
gasp today.
Injuries killed this season.
Ill keep cheering for them either way though.

Fundamentally, we showed we CAN beat this team. But then we pissed it away. Same old story.

It sounds like a bunch of sour grapes when players come out and say WE BEAT OURSELVES.

But you know what? This team does, often.
