Flynn isn't just another signed player. He has YEARS of experience in the offense. I think he can preform better with a week of practice than Tolzien.

This is all new to Tolzien.
This will be a refresher for Flynn.

Flaw in that thinking is, why would you have Flynn teach instead of Rodgers?

I think I'd go with split reps briefly and whomever does the most with those reps, move forward with them.

Aside from that his arm must not be too much worse than Harrell's.

No other team wanted Flynn, at least one other team wanted Tolzien.

Flynn is a better option than Kuhn, not Tolzien.

Whatever gets said here, apparently it's been decided that Tolzien will start. I'm fine with that. I think he has a stronger arm and is more mobile. The greater experience in the system of Flynn doesn't mean much, as Tolzien has been with the Packers long enough now to be comfortable.

The Good Lord really smiled down on the Packers when Wallace's groin muscle went out. We now have hope against the Giants, strong hope against the Vikings, a chance against the Lions, and probably Rodgers back and normalcy/winning out after that.
