This is stupid. The team lost the game. Penalties, stupid mistakes on offense(which Rodgers was a part of). Defense didn't get any pressure on Ryan. I dont see how you can pin the loss on Rodgers. and say that "he lost the game" There are WAY too many plays throughout a game, to pin it on one guy. Not to mention Frost sucks.

We didn't exactly need a first down, but considering how bad the defensive play was, I'll agree with that one. We had the time though, the offense could have ran a draw/screen that at least would've been a safe bet of not turning over the ball.

Rodgers deserves no blame. He made one mistake in which he forced a pass on 3rd and 20. At that point we NEEDED a first down and that's to the offensive line we were put in a hole. There are only so many plays he could do there. Either big play down field, INC pass or INT. Nothing you can do about that. Oh and I forgot he threw 3 TD;'s and over 300 yards. Any way you spin this you can't blame Rodgers. Unless you want him to throw 4-5 TD's in a game instead of 3...

I know. It is stupid to even think of blaming him.

While he played well, when we were three down and need to sustain a drive with 5 min left, while off balance, he heaved a ill advised 3rd down desperation throw into tripple coverage that was pick off. Atlanta then drove the 20 or so yards and scored the winning touchdown.

Sound familiar?

First off, Calpackfan, please don't go on anymore telling us how smart and good decision making Aaron is and how much better he is than our former leader. In a clutch situation, he threw a stupid pass and it cost us dearly. Of course it didn't cost us the game, just as any one interception didn't cost us a game at the end of last year.

My point is this. No one player wins or loses a game. Ever. Be it today or last January.

Also want to note, I am a big Aaron fan, I feel he will be one of the top QB's in the league in the near future.

No, but how about running more when you have run/pass options? That's one possible example.

Change the snap count?

How about going into a no huddle, try and tire out the Falcons D-Line a little?

He should've adjusted to what was happening. Try, something would've been better than nothing.

Pick a week where he plays bad like last week to pick on him. Without him this game would have been UGLY.
