This article just has me speechless. Wow. He's obviously mentally handicapped, but it would be difficult to prove it was the result of football injuries...

Dolphin fan since 1969 here and I have banged my head against the wall, a lot over the last 13 years and many of my friends say I have cognitive impairment. Surely, I can join in this as well.

Just because "Primetime" was dropped on his head as a baby doesn't mean he is entitled to compensation.
