The reason that 1/2 of Packerland continues to compare is because Ted Thompson said that the Packers are moving on, and that this was best for the GB Packers. He made a value judgement that many disagree with, and will be questioning throughout the entire season, especially since the Packer went to the NFC championship game with BF last year, and many here on this forum and elsewhere were saying that it didn't matter if we had BF , that AR is going to do the same thing or better. (SB)

The big question isn't whether AR is the future of the GB Packers. The big question is why did Ted Thompson have to go with him NOW...this year?

That, imo, will be Ted Thompson 's downfall, and if the Packers tank this year, I hope they fire his ass....

Another reason that people compare the two is because AR said in SI, "either get on board (with me) or STFU.."

I don't know about you, but I don't like an untested SOB telling me to STFU, about the GB Packers....

I watched a lot of the highlights of the game. Speaking of the Jets/Cardinals game. I think its funny people think I'm taking something away from Brett. Apparently some of you fail at reading ANYTHING I've said about him throughout the years. But hey, whatever. I'm not going to continue talking to a brick wall about this.


If you want to be ignorant and twist words around, so be it. I only hope as Packers fans you can open your eyes and realize how lame your comments are and how foolish they make you look.


It's people like this that make it hard to continue to stick up for Brett. People who try to make MORE out of what Brett did and those who TRY to twist words around to make others look bad, such as Ted, Mike, Aaron and sometimes even Brett.

Anyhoooters pooterse, carry on with your blindfolds while I enjoy watching the Packers and pulling for Brett to continue to prove to the world he is the best QB there is, best there was and the best there ever will be.

You hit it right on the head earlier Zero there is no comparison between the 2 qbs . Even though their has been alot of threads on here claiming Rodgers was better then Brett after the first 2 games. Yes its all on Ted Thompson and MM that these will keep going. Leave the kid be Ted Thompson screwed up bigtime so don't torture the kid with comparisons. ( oh wait Rodgers told me to stfu in SI)

Well, BF 's my favorite player period. Whomever is QB'ing for the Packers is going to be the guy I root for. And AR has been with us for four years now. Plus, he's from Chico. I went to school there. So I naturally have to root for him.

I think this is the best way i could describe watching Aaron play. It's like watching somebody have sex with your ex wife of 20 years who dumped you for that young a-hole at work you despise and she wants nothing to do with you unless it involves her getting money.



It's really hard for me to watch a Packer game and be excited. Last year, i hung on every play like it was life & death. I really thought i was gonna root against them b4 the season but i'm not. I want them to win but it's no biggie to me if they lose since they are expected to lose. They pretty much sent a message to the fans before the season that winning this year was not a major priority so why should it be important to me. Thats right, it shouldnt!!
