You mean this season right? He has been practicing again. I think he just played it safe holding him out of the game. I am sure he will play this week.

Neal said that but I don't remember McCarthy saying anything like that. They held Neal out of practice a couple weeks then he had surgery and McCarthy said he'd be out a couple months.

Not concerned with that. He played well in the game, imo that's all that matters. Cobb had multiple drops a day in camp too.

Looks like some unfortunate news for Cobb. He is dealing with a bicep injury that coach calls a lingering condition the receiver may very well have to deal with for some time. No time table was given. I can only assume this will effect him and his game, but it looks like it is something everyone is prepared to allow him to play through.

Yeah, that is a concern and somehow doesn't seem right, given their normally cautious nature with other players' injuries. Inconsistent, but they must be confident it is nothing more than maybe a contusion that is hurting him like hell... who knows?
