Effort to name street after Mike McCarthy hits a snag

There's a long tradition of naming streets after prominent Packers players and coaches in Green Bay, but a proposal to rename a street after current coach Mike McCarthy has hit a snag. Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt has been the leader of the effort to change the name of part of Ashland Avenue in honor

I think Packer coaches should have to win multiple SBs to get a street named after them, not just one.

Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

It wasn't a big thing, but seeing Brett Favre Pass and Brett Favre Steakhouse while he was playing for other teams just felt weird. Not to mention driving over Holmgren Way while he was employed by other teams.

I think they are going to name some of I-294 south of Milwaukee after Justin Harrell...great promise, but always torn up and under construction.
