Not everyone is enamored with the Packers' selection of defensive lineman Datone Jones in the first round of the draft. Some wish the Packers had taken Alabama running back Eddie Lacy with the No. 26 overall pick.

Then again maybe they were pursuing Steven Jackson and making all that RB talk to throw everyone off!

I like Lacy, Franklin and Bell the best.

I'd have preferred Lacy, but I do trust Ted. He'll take a RB later and still get a quality player.

That's basically my feeling on the pick--it would be harder to get a similar quality big DL later than it will be to get a RB (especially since no RBs went in the first round).

We just got Lacy in the second. I guess that's why Ted gets paid and we give our opinions for free.
