The only reason Braun is "not" is due to a weak technicality. Reporters saw that McGwire had Creatine in his locker during a post game interview and asked him about it when he first came over to St Louis. He closed his locker and would not talk to them any more.
While it had been banned in other sports it was not banned in MLB at the time. I stopped supporting him then and there. It was only a technicality that kept Mark off the hook in some peoples eyes but not mine. So you won't find the hypocrisy on me that you seem to carry around.

article I was refering to. It was back in 1998 so my memory was a little fuzzy, In addition to Creatine, which I don't think is banned, McGwire also had Androstenedione in his locker.
