I couldn't find the old thread on this, so i'm starting a new one.
Who got to go this year, and did you get anything?

Me, I only saw one deer opening day. A HUGE doe.....and i got her! It was about a 50 yard shot. From the time i got a glimpse of her till i got the shot off was less then 10 seconds. She ran about 150 yards, and i lost sight. I KNEW i made a good shot (she kicked up her back legs on impact, almost always a sign of a good hit) and i was shocked that she ran off like that. I couldn't find any blood, and walked to the area where i last saw her. After about 5 agonizing minutes while repeating "I KNOW i made a good shot!" over and over, i found her. It was a shot right in the vitals, taking out both lungs.
I tagged her ear (and in doing so sliced into my right index finger) and field dressed her.
I had to drag it about 250 yards, and it took me a half hour to do so.
When i got to my car, there was another hunter there, and he offered to help me lift it into my trunk. But we couldn't do it! We had to wait for his son, and it took the 3 of us to get it done.
I hunted all day today (missing the Packer game) and didn't see anything.

You leave those poor deeries alone. They got little kids running around.

I watch "my" momma doe raising her 3 fawns for the last year... I'm committed, lol (through my back yard every morning) Save it, I'm no liberal, shot plenty of deer, just sayin' 🤣

The DNR aged it for me, and they said she was 4 and a half years old. That's pretty old for a deer around here. They usually don't live that long.

I would tell you to leave the deeries alone as well, but I have absolutely no concerns as regards to your ability to actually kill one. Notwithstanding you personally being majorly-funded by the friggin' Navy to mindlessly pump that trigger on that Ma Duece outside your air-dale tourist UH-1, I suspect in your geezer-hood that you couldn't hit a friggin' lake if you fell out of the side of a jon boat.

Alan can kill all the deer he can kill, legally, as far as I'm concerned, so don't infuse your commie gay confusing shit in here, squid.

I'm happy for him, and congratulate him, I know that good feeling.

Edit- Not that there is anything wrong with that, ( the whole Vikes spraying all in sight thing) lol (Love ya Nick, you know I do, though I'm thinkin' about re-naming your ass Vladamir, lol)

wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”

Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH

Zero2Cool (19-Jun) : Well, to ONE person on Tweeter
Zero2Cool (19-Jun) : According to Tweeter
