I don't know if I agree with LeWoy. Rouses problem was health. Sharper's problem was tackling and taking terrible angles, before he, like Collins broke out about that 4th year. But I still remember many people talking one of the two, collins or Rouse needed to step up because S was our weak spot then.

Rouse and Sharper both had problem with tackling and taking good angles, and both would get out of position following the QB eyes, which the QBs used to get them out of place and then throw where they should of been.
And Collins was playing fine doing all the little things right, other than dropping every ball that came his way, while Rouse was the other way... doing all the little things wrong but catching everything that came his way.
Fans complained about Rouse not getting enough playing time... coaches never moved giving Collins as much playing time as he could take (it was banged up and injured a couple times, but he kept starting games.... not always able to finish them because of pain or something else)
