Hmm...did ObiWan lose his password and is logging in as Play2Win? I've never seen them post together so who knows? 🤔

Play2Win - It's a joke. ObiWan says 19-0 every year. I don't think he posted in this thread yet.

Buckeye - Cliffy already was getting beat pretty badly. He was a Pro Bowler in 2010 and deservedly so. In 2011, he was quite average. Age isn't fair. It hits us all very fast, especially athletes.

Wells may be a mistake. We got Saturday as a stop gap for the 2012 and possibly 2013 season. The guy replacing Wells for 2014 isn't on the team yet. Saturday is still quite good, so it's not like we're doomed on the OL.

Our OL I'm betting will be rated as average in 2012. Would I like it better? Sure. But let's face facts here. Last year, we had the NFL's #1 O. Last year, we had the NFL's #19 D. What did Uncle Ted need to do? Obviously, fix the D. He did.

2012 > 2011. We may have been a 15-1 team in 2011, but we were a much better team in 2010 with the #6 O and the #2 D.

1. Starting out v. SF is going to be tough. Being at home might help.
2. CHI is always a crap shoot, but I like our chances.
3. @SEA is not an easy game for any team, but I think we have the talent to take them.
4. NO, another battle, but they won't be the same team we've faced the past two seasons. They are not as good.
5. @IND, dome game v. a team with zero D.
6. @HOU, again, I think we have more talent. They have decimated themselves this offseason.
7. @STL, makes for a tough 3 game road stretch, and the Rams will be a better team. This one will be tough.
8. JAX, back home against an inferior opponent. They cannot let up in this one. No coasting.
9. AZ we ought to knock them out.
bye - can't possibly lose, unless someone gets into some stupid trouble!!! Everybody, keep your noses clean.
10. @DET, battle all the way.
11. @NYG, can o' whoop ass on them Giants. You heard it here first!
12. MIN. They will beat the Vikings. Again.
13. DET, battle all the way.
14. @CHI crap shoot on, but now in what will probably be some bad weather. Thank God this is a noon game. I still think we prevail.
15. TEN, see JAX
16. @MIN should be another anticlimatic beat down of the Vikes, but, no let up please.

I would say the SF, both CHI, STL and both DET games will be very tough contests. I believe our talent is better than all of those teams, and hopefully we can take them all. Those home games at Lambeau v. inferior warm weather teams always scare the crap out of me. Who knows? No one, but I know we will all hope for the best.

We're not gonna beat da Bears on December 16th (Beethoven's birthday for you non-Philistines). Funny thing is, we'll probably start whomever the #2 QB is against the Vikings on December 30th (and we'll still win). Home field advantage will be wrapped up by then because we would have beaten the Niners already and they'll be the ones with the highest record (besides us). So we got 'em on head-to-head.

Home (8-0)
W - San Francisco 49ers
W - Chicago Bears
W - New Orleans Saints
W - Jacksonville Jaguars
W - Arizona Cardinals
W - Minnesota Vikings
W - Detroit Lions
W - Tennessee Titans

Away (8 - 0)
W - Seattle Seahawks
W - Indianapolis Colts
W - Houston Texans
W - St. Louis Rams
W - Detroit Lions
W - New York Giants
W - Chicago Bears
W - Minnesota Vikings

The 49ers. Hmmm, where to start. Last year in the playoffs is a good point. There is no way anybody can say that the 49ers would have beaten the Saints inside a dome. Brees doesn't throw 5 picks in a dome. Even with Brees being his normal outside on grass self, the 49er barely pulled that one out. I don't think the 49ers were all they were hyped up to be last year. Then there is this year. They decided since Smith, who was completely incompetent throwing down field before last year and had a decent year dumping it off short. They figured he is ready for big boy receivers and will be going down field to Moss, Manningham and their new draft pick. All stretch the field receivers easily capable of out running Smith's arm.

Chicago, has the same problem as the 49ers only with worse protection on the o-line. Cutler has historically been awful when gong down field to his WRs. He throw a large number of picks in the redzone. Lots of yards, no points. Now after he also had a decent year passing where, although they could barely move the ball, he was able to dump off to his leading receivers (the running backs)and cut way down on his picks. He also cut down on yards and TDs but that is the price you pay. They decided to go with some help for Cutler and got Marshall and a new draft pick to stretch the field. So my guess is, the yards and TDs will both go up, but so will the picks in the redzone and the sacks. His overall passer rating will come down until he has to leave the game with a badly strained uvula.

The Lions are tough, but immature. Sorry Lions fans, blame your psycho-dwarf coach. He sets the tone for the team. And that tone is temper tantrum.

I am a tad bemused by the people picking the Seahawks. Really? In know they are at home but, Really?

The Saints will be 'Aints again. Get yer brown bags out.

I think the Giants will be on the verge of losing out on the Playoffs at 4-7 when we play them. We have to pay them back. It is imperative.

As for the he Viking and Bears, we just can't lose to them. Even with our backups in because we have the number 1 sewn up.

I do think they lose at least one. Probably to a crappy team like the Rams. That has to happen once a year. I don't know why, but is always seems to.

Another thing that always happens is that we beat at least 1 team better than us. I don't see that as possible right now.

There isn't any.

The two bright spots for us that game were Woodson got not one, but 2 INTs and Driver caught a 48-yard TD.

So, anyone wanna update this?

Fan Shout
Mucky Tundra (1h) : The Seattle Seahawks defeat the Chicago Bears 6-3. Jason Myers had 6 RBIs for Seattle while Cairo Santos had 3 RBI for Chicago
beast (2h) : Not nessarily, he might of been injured either way. He's playing about 50% of the games the last 4 years
Zero2Cool (9h) : If they'd been more patient with him, he'd be back already. Putting him out there vs Bears caused him to tweak it and here we are.
packerfanoutwest (9h) : well this is his last season with the PAck, book it
beast (10h) : Sounds like no Alexander (again), I'm wondering if his time with the Packers is done
Zero2Cool (17h) : Could ban beast and I still don't think anyone catches him.
Mucky Tundra (26-Dec) : Houston getting dog walked by Baltimore
packerfanoutwest (25-Dec) : Feliz Navidad!
Zero2Cool (25-Dec) : Merry Christmas!
beast (25-Dec) : Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
beast (24-Dec) : Sounds like no serious injuries from the Saints game and Jacobs and Watson should play in the Vikings game
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : both games Watson missed, Packers won
Martha Careful (24-Dec) : I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas!
Mucky Tundra (24-Dec) : Oh I know about Jacobs, I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to mimic Zero lol
buckeyepackfan (24-Dec) : Jacobs was just sat down, Watson re-injured that knee that kept him out 1 game earlier
buckeyepackfan (24-Dec) : I needed .14 that's. .14 points for the whole 4th quarter to win and go to the SB. Lol
Mucky Tundra (24-Dec) : Jacobs gonna be OK???
Zero2Cool (24-Dec) : Watson gonna be OK???
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : Inactives tonight for the Pack: Alexander- knee Bullard - ankle Williams - quad Walker -ankle Monk Heath
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : No Jaire, but hopefully the front 7 destroys the line of scrimmage & forces Rattler into a few passes to McKinney.
packerfanoutwest (24-Dec) : minny could be #1 seed and the Lions #5 seed
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : We'd have same Division and Conference records. Strength of schedule we edge them
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I just checked. What tie breaker?
bboystyle (23-Dec) : yes its possible but unlikely. If we do get the 5th, we face the NFCS winner
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : Ahh, ok.
bboystyle (23-Dec) : yes due to tie breaker
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I mean, unlikely, yes, but mathematically, 5th is possible by what I'm reading.
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : If Vikings lose out, Packers win out, Packers get 5th, right?
bboystyle (23-Dec) : Minny isnt going to lose out so 5th seed is out of the equation. We are playing for the 6th or 7th seed which makes no difference
Mucky Tundra (23-Dec) : beast, the ad revenue goes to the broadcast company but they gotta pay to air the game on their channel/network
beast (23-Dec) : If we win tonight the game is still relative in terms of 5th, 6th or 7th seed... win and it's 5th or 6th, lose and it's 6th or 7th
beast (23-Dec) : Mucky, I thought the ad revenue went to the broadcasting companies or the NFL, at least not directly
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I think the revenue share is moot, isn't it? That's the CBA an Salary Cap handling that.
bboystyle (23-Dec) : i mean game becomes irrelevant if we win tonight. Just a game where we are trying to play spoilers to Vikings chance at the #1 seed
Mucky Tundra (23-Dec) : beast, I would guess ad revenue from more eyes watching tv
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I would think it would hurt the home team because people would have to cancel last minute maybe? i dunno
beast (23-Dec) : I agree that it's BS for fans planning on going to the game. But how does it bring in more money? I'm guessing indirectly?
packerfanoutwest (23-Dec) : bs on flexing the game....they do it for the $$league$$, not the hometown fans
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I see what you did there Mucky
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : dammit. 3:25pm
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : Packers Vikings flexed to 3:35pm
Mucky Tundra (23-Dec) : Upon receiving the news about Luke Musgrave, I immediately fell to the ground
Mucky Tundra (23-Dec) : Yeah baby!
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : LUKE MUSGRAVE PLAYING TONIGHT~!~~~~WOWHOAAOHAOAA yah
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : I wanna kill new QB's ... blitz the crap out of them.
beast (23-Dec) : Barry seemed to get too conservative against new QBs, Hafley doesn't have that issue
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : However, we seem to struggle vs new QB's
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : Should be moot point, cuz Packers should win tonight.
packerfanoutwest (23-Dec) : ok I stand corrected
Zero2Cool (23-Dec) : Ok, yes, you are right. I see that now how they get 7th
