Lick my taint, Troy. :P

That said, the Senate voted for the amended bill and voted in favor, 38-28. Needed 34 votes. The next legislation on docket is tomorrow it hits conference committee for further amendments to bridge the gap between the House version of the bill and the Senate version. Once they are finished, as early as Thursday it goes through both chambers for final votes.

Didn't read the latest in this thread, but i just wanted to mention many of the hours the senate used tonight were spent adding amendments, then removing them. or removing amendments, and then putting them back. apparently they did that twice tonight.

I kind of like the idea of the Arden Hills site because it was an ordinance plant. There might be some live ordinance buried around there somewhere.

I can see it now.

Less than three weeks after the effort to build a new Vikings stadium was dead in the water, the Minnesota Legislature has given its blessing to the project.

The bill, after being revised late late last night by the conference committee, was passed by the House some time late last night/early this morning and passed by the Senate this afternoon. All it needs now is to be inked by the Governor and MPLS city council must vote to ok their portion of the bill (a mock vote passed sometime last few weeks I'm told). Technically it isn't over yet, but basically all that's left is formalities. I'm still waiting for the rug to be yanked out from underneath me.. I mean, I AM a Viking fan after all.

That said, I saw this hilarious picture:

Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : It should be halted now.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : usually spambots are trying to get traffic to shady websites filled with spyware; the two links being spammed were to the Packers website
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : you know when you put it that way combined with the links it was spamming (to the official Packers website)
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : Yep. You can do that with holding down ENTER on a command in Console of browser
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : even with the rapid fire posts?
Zero2Cool (18-Feb) : I'm not certain it's a bot.
Mucky Tundra (18-Feb) : I've got to go to work soon which is a pity because I'm enthralled by this battle between the bot and Zero
