I agree. His back was basically laying along the back of his calves. Yikes. I read a month or two ago that they were expecting him back next season. We will see about that.

That injury was so ugly that Knox may never be the same mentally. He may not want to be a #1 WR.

Driver has no fear of going up the middle, nor does he fear fighting for that extra yard. I think he'd be a good fit for da Bears. He still runs pretty clean routes. Just lost a step speed-wise.

It would hurt to see Driver in another uniform. He played with Favre before Javon Walker was here and has been a Packer ever since. I do think it is up to him though. If it is about money, I would think that the GM can provide some sort of incentive to reward DD in his retirement. If it is about DDs desire to be a starter, then there is little to compromise on given the talent of the WR corps.

If he leaves, I would like to see it in the same way as Harris and Kapman's departure. These players show how going to another team can be done with class.
