I'm not talking women in their 40's...talking women that are of my era.

Case in point, Lillian Muller who is now 60 years old....ya, old enough to be some of you guys grandma.

The very fine Miss Muller was a Playboy playmate in the 70's and the object for Van Halen's "Hot for the Teacher" video in 1984.

Then

Now at age 60

She's now posing for AARP instead of Playboy, but her looks haven't changed all that dramatically over the decades.....

I would say she looks better in the recent shot than in the Playboy photo. Then again, I am not a fan of Playboy's photographic style. I would be curious to see a more candid shot of her.

California nugs make it a point to look like that at 60. The northern plains women take a much more conservative approach to aging, like putting on a bunch of weight so they can fight off cancer or starvation.

Is there anything that you do not think that you are an expert on?

You're a fairly intelligent guy, but you can also be a real freakin' twit sometimes.

Sure the picture might be touched up, sure Ms. Muller has makeup, but the woman is still very beautiful, especially for 60 years old.
She has and still does lead a very healthy lifestyle.

The above picture shows some of her age, but she still puts many younger women to shame.

Careful NSD, you are beginning to become a legend in your own mind.

VR you old geezer. ;)

NSD does have a point. What you need to do is search for a youtube video that shows a very average female reporter who gets made up with Photoshop. She had a Photoshop professional spend 10 minutes on an image of her and she went from being very average to very flawless. The guy did everything from making her hair perfect, making her skin flawless, making her teeth inhumanly white, and making her slimmer, all with one of those pen thingies (have no idea what they're called).

The point she was trying to make is it's a dangerous thing. Women already are super self-conscious and with Photoshop, most women don't know the extent of magazines being touched up. Nobody looks like that in real life. For each picture that GQ or Vogue prints, you got some chap doing his Photoshop magic penning away any "flaws" the model may have.

So enjoy your touched up images. You might want to see if you can also use Photoshop on the Vikings' history, you know, touch it up a little bit. 🤔

There is only one thing I claim to be an expert on, and that is English grammar. When it comes to arguments about that, I do not lose.

As for anything else, I have said many times that I know a little about almost everything and a lot about almost nothing.

"Airbrushing" photos used to be a big thing. Now with computers, you can make almost anyone look great.
"Seeing is believeing" no longer applies! LOL!

It really doesn't. When I am editing photos, I often think to myself, "You really cannot trust your eyes anymore!"
