In 11 days it will be 3 years since my open heart surgery, and 3 years since i received my Wii from you guys and gals.
I still play it alot, and just a couple days ago i got my 7th and 8th 300 game on it.
Do any of you play the bowling game much? I'm at the "pro" level, usually between 1500 and 1700 points.
A couple weeks ago, a friend of mine challenged me to Wii bowling.
Poor guy.....i almost felt sorry for him! LOL!
After I and LJ went home, i found out later that he sat up all night practicing.
I think he wants a rematch.....poor guy....LOL!

That's awesome!! While I'm a video game geek, I would refuse to play you in bowling (Wii or otherwise). Glad you are still using it, and also glad to see you posting again.. Hopefully we get more 'cheese', Alan!

Miss ya, Buddy!

Thank you Jeremy!
I still don't have computer hookup at home. So either the library or McDonald's is where i have to go.

And it makes it kind of hard to get involved in conversations when you might only get on here once in awhile.
But i'm still here!

My God, the Cheesey is still around. Thought maybe you got lost in a snowbank somewhere. Glad you like the Wii....I'm playing Tiger Woods 2011 right now, and if I cheat just a few more times, I'll have a 54 round at Pebble Beach. Hey, winter rules in Montana and with 2 feet of snow, I'll bend all the rules I can.

I like the bowling, but get frustrated with gutter balls, splits, missed spares and open frames. I'd rather just walk down the alley and kick the frickin' pins over. Alot easier on the blood pressure!

Hang in there and keep on chugging along. I had an uncle that went through what you did and put in another 28 years after his open heart surgery. Just take care of yourself, eat right, sleep good, get exercise, and forget about the Vikings. Nothing to worry about then.
Anyone for a Weenie Roast?

Glad you are still getting some use out of that Wii. I risked my LIFE getting it to you!! hahaha, kidding.

Well done cheesey. A year or so ago (after your first 300) I was thinking of trying to connect with you online. (You still had the home computer.) I decided I didn't want to get my butt kicked. I was working on improving my skills but then I set the game pad down and have not been back much since then. Guess I need to dust the games off and get back to it.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.

dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
