Since I personally believe that some of the NFL's games are "scripted", ( the Super Bowl between Seattle and Pittsburgh, the Patriots loss to end their perfect season just to name two) I think this was a "scripted" loss. ( the phantom calls against Jordy, the inexclipable "non-challenge" by McCarthy) that he never had to answer for, that was the blueprint for this game.

Oh, by the way, the Packers aren't supposed to beat the Bears in another "scripted" game, Bears win this one. Seattle loses to the 49 er's.
Exciting NFL season, right!

maybe the yards per carry is as good as it is because they don't run it often?

I do however think our run block is suspect at best. Some games they look good, some games they look like trash.

they had a lot of drops. Rodgers was holding onto the ball too long and they couldn't get Grant enough carries. I love how people always disregard our gun game but our YPC a lot of times is actually good, we just don't go to it often.

I didn't think this at the time, but I wonder if this is because the receivers aren't getting open. It would also explain why he sent so many balls to Mr Drops -- no one else was getting open quick enough. Just a thought.

I also don't understand why they didn't run Grant a few more times. He was running well.

Wouldn't it be cool if they ran the ball 40 times against Chicago. [duh]

The Oline will be huge in this game, but I think they'll help them out. If Finley has 2 or fewer drops, we win this game. Pretty solid.
