Team physician Pat McKenzie said he was done for the day and Donald Driver had other ideas.

"Doc told me I make him older everyday," Driver said of his unwillingness to come out of games. "The thing about it was I wanted to play, but I knew I'd have to fight through it. I told him, 'I want to see if I can do it.'"

Including catching a 8 yard touchdown pass in the second half, after he left the second quarter with the leg injury. Donald said he knows it's not an ACL, but isn't sure what's wrong.

Driver was limping badly after the game and understands he could have an injury that will sideline him for a bit.

I wonder what it is. Dude's a beast. I like how our doctor's allowed in this Pussified NFL. "you got a scratch on your arm! GET THE AMBULANCE!"

Ever heard of the Marvel comics hero Wolverine? He got his powers from Donald Driver. I think Wolverine's his nephew or something.

I've seen Driver take hits that would put out most football players for the season. Driver will be playing the next game. He's Donald Driver.

Hey TwinkieGorilla - I love Donald Driver more than you love Donald Driver.

Remember when Driver went up for a pass and basically landed directly on top of his head? Maybe I’m not remembering correctly, but I don’t think he even missed any time for that. This was a few years ago now. In any case the dude is a man among men.

I love the guy. Class act and an extremely tough player. What more is there to ask for?

Kidding, kidding. Yeah, Driver is one tough sonuvabitch. Very fitting that he comes back in the game and nabs a TD catch.

William Henderson didn't have to run people over. His preferred method was levitation.

Reminds me of whatever year it was, Favre got a concussion then comes back onto the field on 4th and 5 against the will of his coach and throws a (40 yard?) TD pass to Driver on a dime at the right pilon.

I agree with Twinkiegorilla.
