The obvious answer to a player of the game question must always be the quarterback, they are head an shoulders more important than any two players on an NFL team. Factoid.

Lang is a more physical presence that Colledge was on his best days.

I have seen a lot of talk (not here) about how unproductive Clay Matthews has been thus far. I find it to be an unfair statement as offenses probably game plan around Clay Matthews. He is constantly drawing double teams, extra blocking tight ends, running backs etc etc. That alone is good enough in my books. Even with all the attention he gets, he still forces pressure and he also had two nice TFL's, making the Bears guard look foolish. It is amazing to see how many times CM3 gets held as well and it is rarely called.

My point is just that getting double teamed and that the offense game plan around him is no excuse for not getting sacks if he is to be mentioned among the leagues best pass rushers.

Don't care how many sacks he gets. Wynn has more sacks but I'd bet he hasn't gotten anywhere near the amount of pressures Clay has. Clay and Raji to me (based on eyeball test) have been the only ones generating consistent pressure on QBs.

Besides, most of the "elite" pass rushers usually have a decent person at worst on the other side of them, although perhaps D. Ware is an exception. But I don't think there would be many arguing that CM3 is better than Ware.

Zero2Cool (4-May) : S2?
beast (4-May) : Seems like the S2 has a love/hate relationship with professional scouts.
beast (4-May) : In theory, the S2 test how quickly a QBs brain can solve game like issues and how quickly they can do it.
dfosterf (4-May) : Are you gentlemen and at least one lady familiar with the S2 cognition
Zero2Cool (4-May) : Maybe there isn't an issue.
beast (4-May) : NFL really needs to fix their position labeling issue, but I don't think they care
Zero2Cool (1-May) : Packers did not activate the fifth-year options for linebacker Quay Walker, with the goal of signing him to a contract extension.

Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : Cowboys 1st round pick Tyler Booker will indeed be bringing his pet turtle to Dallas with him
Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : that contained all prospects info and contact
Mucky Tundra (27-Apr) : beast, according the Falcons statement Jax came across it on an ipad. If I had to guess, probably an open spread sheet or something
