So market rebounds in part to the Feds holding the rates low.. up 429.. just what we need.. promoting more borrowing of reserves that we don't have.. thus driving us deeper into debt as a nation. All on the premise that the government will back the investments with money they don't have.. lol. [palm]

Granted we are still a very safe place to park money.. but just seems counter intuitive to promote going deeper into debt.

IMO.. just more smoke and mirrors to try and prop up a struggling economy without fixing the core issues.

Snot-nosed (concurrently arrogant) fools put a propped-up public speaker in charge of our country, and you never even considered the ridiculous baggage, as regards who rode his coat-tails, because you aren't sophisticated (politically) enough to know. I can only speak for myself here.. but the last election had America pinned up against the wall of two evils.

Both parties were trotting out candidates with "baggage".. so do you try and pick the lesser of the two evils or vote independent.

Republican's have had the majority since the election.. that should provide some balance.. but even that has failed.

Sorry.. I don't see one party or the other truly being the answer for this country right now.

That to me.. is the sad part.

Personally, I wrote in "none of the above" on the Presidential ballot last time. And I'll continue to do so as long as the alternatives offer nothing better than the Dubyas and Barack Husseins of the world.

We'd be better off with the WH being merely a tourist attraction for 4 years. or 8.
