They are the umbrella for a lot of independent companies. Like Ebay if you have an issue with supplier you can get a hold of dhgate.

I used jerseybaby twice and was very happy. It took about a week to get the order.

DHGate's website is beyond shitty, but they do have some amazing deals (of course, you are helping support a communist regime at the expense of America while patronizing it, but . . .). The wife has bought some really nice custom-made gowns there, while I have bought custom-made tuxes there. It is a wholesaling site, so the idea is you buy cheap with the intent to sell at retail. Where else can you buy a tux, vest, and tie custom-made to your every dimension (14 measurements in all) for $118 -- including shipping? And the colors are gorgeous.
