That doesn't piss me off, I pretty much feel the same way. Us Highlanders are going to get socked with some higher mils on our property tax too, at no fault of our own.

I keep telling you guys I live in Paradise and you laugh and laugh. Bismarck is a very clean, small city, with a pretty high median income.

All that said, people losing their homes is still tragic.

You can keep your sea of people and crime too. Did you check out some of those shots from the Dam? That is a rush of water, boy. My in-laws live in the first town south of there and the water is backing up into the Knife River and is threatening their town. They are in the process of moving to Bismarck and haven't closed the sale of their current home. If their buyer backs out on them, I'll know God truly does love me.
