I worked security at the Harley Davidson company. They had special parking area for those with Harley bikes, and a parking area (farther from the entrance) for non Harley bikes. But they didn't fire people that worked there for n ot driving their bikes.

Are there really THAT many offended Bears fans that would make this an effective firing???!! All 10 of them? Besides, a car salesman loyal to one dealer is like the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus. Doesn't exist. Guaranteed this guy is working at the dealer across the street next week. Right or wrong, who cares. If the guy can sell cars, he'll get a job. If not, he needs to find a new job anyhow.
