On the NFLN post game show, Deon Sanders gave Al Harris props for the way CWood is playing.

He Basically said Al Harris jump started his career by being his mentor when he came to Green Bay.

I thought that was great so I thought I'd share it.

It is true thoe Al Harris in a lot of ways can be compared to Charles Woodson they're very intelligent players playing the CB position.I would give him credit too.

Would Al get a ring if the packers won it all since he was a packer this year?

I wasn't poking at your spelling of his name, which I corrected anyhow. I'm saying I don't believe Al should be credited for Charles Woodson. Charles was a superb talent before coming to Green Bay.

Al on the other side of Charles made offenses throw to his guy, which he made plays to revive his career.

He said that Woodson learned from Al how to prepare and go about himself and just little things like that. Not that he learned everything from Al.

Obviously Charles already had all the talent, but I certainly believe that Al Harris helped him in some aspects of his game.

You can cut out some of the quote boxes, instead of quoting everything and just quote the comment your responding to. :)

I still disagree with that thinking, unless Deion has inside information, which I doubt because Nick Collins credits his rise to Charles for teaching him how to prepare for games, how to watch film, etc.

I would cut out some of them but I'm on my iPod right now and it is difficult to do.

Also it wouldn't surprise me if Deion did have some inside information because he stays in touch with a LOT of current players. Expedient the big time corners.

I'm gonna trust my inside info over Deion's.
