I just watched it again. They switched ends for the second play of the game. Then they switched back on the third play. I have no idea why they did this for that one play.

Rodgers faked a pitch to the left, then threw to Driver near the right hash mark 12 yards downfield. Nothing special about that play from a blocking standpoint.
