Man.....i was SO looking forward to hunting this year. But the dang money situation won't allow me to go. My wife has been trying to come up with a way, but it just hasn't worked out. First hunt i will miss in 30 years. I even made it last year after my open heart surgery.
Oh well......it is what it is!
Anyway......to all you that are going out into the woods. PLEASE be careful!
SAFETY first!
And come back with some good stories for us!

I been there..

Went for 25+ years on same farm then one year said no more..His kids wanted to go with their friends..

Had no where to go...

The 1st year was very hard..I had to work and woke up at 530 to get to work and thought I should be in woods by now..

But that was in 99, not its not a big deal anymore..

I got to go a few years ago 2nd weekend with nephew on camp ground that allows hunting...there at 6 out at 10 with a fork

I been asked to go last 3 years but just cant afford it either..

Cheesey sorry to hear that. I really don't get into the rifle season as much now as I did. It is different out here in Pa. Talk about messed up opening day is on sat but you can't hunt on sundays. Now this year the 1st 5 days is buck only even if you have a doe tag.

I'll stick to my archery hunting. I'll post some of my pics from my trail cam this year when I get to work tomorrow.

Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

I haven't been deer hunting in years. Bummer to hear that Cheesey.

I do like to exaggerate my deer hunting out here though as this place is full of pinko commie hippie anti-gun socialists who get offended by any sign of masculinity. 😉

Yeah, PC.....I'm pretty bummed out.
Only would have cost me about $90. But when you don't have it, it might as well be a million.
Something you look forward to all year, only to be let down.
But there's not alot i can do about it.
