The thing that hurts the most is the damage this will do to his longterm development. When guys like Burnett, Jones, and even Finley get put on IR, they missing valuable playing time and experience. This hurts the Packers this year because they were both starters and contributors, but also in future season, due to lost experience. These guys were both improving each week. A lose-lose.

It just sucks.

It's Lovie Smith, not Favre that's doing voodoo on us. Smith might be doing it to the rest of the NFC North as well as the Vikings are pretty injured too (but not as badly as we are, despite what Formo likes to believe).
