So far in big games Rodgers has come up short. The biggest game i can remember him winning was when we were 4-4 and the cowboys came in and we dominated. However that game turned out to be a route.

We have a tie for the division lead at stake. And beating our most hated rival. If that can't fire up our guys, nothing will.

I contemplated for about 3 seconds not even watching the game out of fear of another defeat...but I'm just in a pessemistic mood, haha! I'm still reeling from the Iowa game yesterday...I'm sure I'll get beaten up more about that than the Yankees posts, haha! I'm ready for the game now, though!

My original answer was, "No." I had never turned him down, nor had he when I asked a favor. My next door neighbor Ed. We have a mutual friend who is on some hard times, both financially and physically. The request was to go over to his house and chop up a tree that had fallen and make it into firewood for our friend.

My no was based largely on the fact that my neighbor asked...

That sounds weird, but I knew it would be brutal, simply because he did ask for help--He never asks for help.

My original "no" was the way to go. This friggin' tree was huge. Four guys, eight chain saws, all of our (collective) asses later, it is chopped, the branches are stored, the beer is drank. etc. etc. etc.

It burned up the day, but I would have rather spent it eating Nachos or someshit. Maybe it's God's way of getting me tired enough to not care about tonight's game...This is yet another indicator to me that we have trouble tonight. I'm sure that makes little sense, but that is what I'm thinkin'...

Nothing makes for a slower, hard workin' day than cutting up trees. My grandparents still use a wood-burning furnace, so we have to go out and get wood for them. Makes for really long days, but somehow we always get their storage dock full every year.

Lets do this! Vikings don't scare me this year at all, their only win was against a 1 win Dallas team. Think we got a good shot tonight!

If it is so hard for you to remember him winning a big game, perhaps you should not watch the game.

Turn on the Hockey game and pound down some Alexander's Keith's India Pale Ale.

In-fact, I wish all of the negative doom and gloom so called Packer Fans would just for one week, not turn on the game or post here.

The Packers might actually score 59 points and kick ass like my Raiders did today.

dfosterf (26-Jun) : I think it would be great to have someone like Tom Grossi or Andy Herman on the Board of Directors so he/they could inform us
dfosterf (26-Jun) : Fair enough, WPR. Thing is, I have been a long time advocate to at least have some inkling of the dynamics within the board.
wpr (26-Jun) : 1st world owners/stockholders problems dfosterf.
Martha Careful (25-Jun) : I would have otherwise admirably served
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Also, no more provision for a write-in candidate, so Martha is off the table at least for this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : You do have to interpret the boring fine print, but all stockholders all see he is on the ballot
dfosterf (25-Jun) : It also says he is subject to another ballot in 2028. I recall nothing of this nature with Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy is on my ballot subject to me penciling him in as a no.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : I thought it used to be we voted for the whatever they called the 45, and then they voted for the seven, and then they voted for Mark Murphy
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Because I was too lazy to change my address, I haven't voted fot years until this year
dfosterf (25-Jun) : of the folks that run this team. I do not recall Mark Murphy being subject to our vote.
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Ed Policy yay or nay is on the pre-approved ballot that we always approve because we are uninformed and lazy, along with all the rest
dfosterf (25-Jun) : Weird question. Very esoteric. For stockholders. Also lengthy. Sorry. Offseason.
Zero2Cool (25-Jun) : Maybe wicked wind chill made it worse?
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : And then he signs with Cleveland in the offseason
Mucky Tundra (25-Jun) : @SharpFootball WR Diontae Johnson just admitted he refused to enter a game in 41° weather last year in Baltimore because he felt “ice cold”
Zero2Cool (24-Jun) : Yawn. Rodgers says he is "pretty sure" this be final season.
Zero2Cool (23-Jun) : PFT claims Packers are having extension talks with Zach Tom, Quay Walker.
Mucky Tundra (20-Jun) : GB-Minnesota 2004 Wild Card game popped up on my YouTube page....UGH
beast (20-Jun) : Hmm 🤔 re-signing Walker before Tom? Sounds highly questionable to me.
