Yes I watch a lot of football. I watch 5-10 full games a week. It's not just Hawk, but Hawk does it more often than any LB I've seen.

His strength is in close spaces near the line. Our DL needs to do a really good job for Hawk to shine.

I can't say I've really noticed him get dragged 5 yards down the field. You are definitely exaggerating, a lot.

Maybe 1 or 2 yards, but not 5.

I think there was one that was darn near 5 yards this last week. But if I recall Hawk had attacked from the side and I don't think he had a good chance to do anything about it.

If you define two yards as "darn near five yards," then you are correct.

What is with everyone saying Hawk is so bad really he is not ya ya the guy isn't elite but ill say something he is a solid LB.He makes plays if you haven't noticed only one LB on are team has intercepted a pass other than hawk in the last 2 years, hawk has 3 in the last 2 years. He makes a lot of tackles as well he was either 1st or 2nd in tackles on the team each year since he was drafted by us.

Hawk is a better LB than nothing.I saw someone say once on here that they wished hawk was injured than are other players that were this year lol thats a little harsh.

Your quote isn't quite right, everyone isn't saying AJ hawk is so bad, there are just a few on this forum who have made AJ Hawk their target on defense, they have to have a "whooping boy", and Hawk is their guy.

The problem is they have said so many negative comments about AJ hawk, that they have convinced themselves that he never makes any plays and he is the biggest bust in TT's draft history.

The packers are quite lucky AJ Hawk hasn't missed any gametime due to injuries, I think if you look at last weeks starting LBr's, AJ is the only 1st teamer in the lineup at the beginning of the day.

I was reading the same kind of negative posts about Ryan Grant before he was injured, "Grant is slow" "Grant can't break tackles" "Grant can't hit the hole "

Well we've all seen what The Packers offense has looked like since R. Grant has been gone, so those of you who continually "rag" on The Packers starters should really step back and realize the grass isn't greener on the other side of the fence.

Grant is slow? Who the heck said that? I don't think he's quick, but I do think he's faster than what we have right now. I don't recall others saying he's slow. I do recall many saying he runs into his own blockers, has poor vision, hesitates at the line before punching through a hole, etc...
