Weather you buy it or not, injuries this year will save mm job. Luckily the Packers have enough depth to stay competitive, even now.

The injuries weren't bad until Clay Matthews, Jermichael Finley, and Ryan Pickett all went down in the same game. Those injuries, and especially the one to Matthews, have led to two overtime losses to teams the Packers probably would've beaten otherwise.

The Vikings have suffered greatly from the loss of Sidney Rice. Everyone agrees on that. So I don't agree with your implication that nobody is giving Brad Childress any excuses for injuries.
