I don't want to hear an offensive player complain about lack of opportunities.. especially if they start every week.

Look at your game first, examine where you can improve, and then put that to work.. if you get open, prove reliable with the hands, the opportunities will come.

Just do it.. a man with his talent.. just make it so Monday's Aaron is getting lectured on why he didn't get the ball to you because your route and release was so clean that you were wide open.

I haven't focused on Greg a ton.. but I don't recall him working himself open often this season.. that would fall upon him.

Greg's routes take longer to develop and Rodgers is usually releasing the ball before he's breaking open, or running for his life.

I'm hoping to stay clear from the chat this game and monitor his "openness" closely to verify that with this current game.

In college, in a coaching class, albeit it from Dick Bennett and Basketball.. we got to see the coaches film.. the fixed full court 3 angle shots.. I would love to have that available to me for the NFL.. this is the only reason I watch the NFL replay, because they at times give alternative angles.. those are awesome.

It does get tough to watch when all the WR's aren't in view lol. It's like in Madden pre-snap--you can't see either of your two WR's on the right or left. I switch the camera mode because of this because I like seeing how the DB's are lined up on my guys.

Greg Jennings has been targeted 31 times, caught 14.

WOW. How does this not lie directly on Greg? I love Jennings, but if he is frustrated with his output all he needs to do is look in the mirror.

Targeted does not mean catchable pass.

"Zero2Cool" wrote:

Yep, that's a garbage stat. It includes throwaways.

As Zero said, the protection has not been good enough for Jennings to run deep routes. And maybe because of this, the defenders have been playing him tighter on the short routes. Driver can still grind it out under those circumstances and catch a lot of short passes, but it's not Jennings' game. He needs to use the whole field to be effective.
