Someone has to go back and look at that 1996 season.. I remember thinking during that season we were getting decimated by injury.. hmmm yeah.. gotta have faith.

None of these injuries affect the fact that if Rodgers plays like should no one can stop our offense. The thing is, he hasn't played like that yet. Except in the second half vs the Bills.

Well, anything that hurts the OL increases the odds that Rodgers won't have the opportunity to play like he should.

"Packers_Finland" wrote:

But the thing is... Tauscher being injured only improves the O-Line.

Ill agree with you there but thats only because hes aging and is injure proned.I think bulaga and lang will fill in nice there.

Wilkerson saved us on the offensive line.. someone that stepped up that season to.. I just remember we had a number of injuries that season.

I saw enough of TJ last year to say I would be excited to see him on the line. He really impressed me.

I still think we should work Bryan solely on left tackle so we don't break him like we broke Colledge.

So WHERE IS Lang, being Tauschers heir apparent he seems to have gone AWOL. WTF!

he is just not activated on gameday no one really knows but MM said that lang is considered the "46th" player on the team.

So, if he is not active on game day does that mean that they don't consider him good enough to play or is he still injured?

The team only keeps 7 OL active (like most teams do) on gameday, since most O-linemen play every snap of the game. Bulaga is a better tackle overall than Lang, and Spitz is better on the inside positions. That means Lang is the 8th OL and not active.

I do believe that Lang would be the best backup to Tauscher.

Well I don't think its about how good he is or if he is good enough to play because I think he is good enough to start for us.It's probably just about numbers,Spitz will back up the inside 3 and bulaga backs up the tackles thats what I think so if taush cant go lang or bulaga will start there.

I guess the question begs to be asked, Is he still injured?
I don't hear anything about him other than that he had surgery.
