Packers middle linebacker Nick Barnett injured his wrist during Sunday's win over the Lions. He finished the game with a cast on his wrist.
According to Greg Bedard of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Barnett could now be finished for the season.
Barnett needs surgery to repair the wrist. If/when he has it, he won't play again this year.
But the question becomes whether Barnett will be able to play for the balance of the season without having the surgery.
"If it's not a break, I can tape it up and play," Barnett said after Sunday's game, per Bedard.
Barnett, an eighth-year veteran, missed the last seven games of the 2008 season after tearing an ACL. He has started all but two other games of his career.
