Ok, a two part question...

1. What would you think of a trade for Logan Mankins?

2. If such a trade occurred, what/who/how much pay would you be willing to give up?

why dont we get danny woodhead; bumped off the jets; was a recent article about how the pats might be interested in this dude also.

we could be a nice pr also ...

I don't want any part of a contract for Mankins that NE refuses to pay.

Colledge hasn't been horrible this year. My only concern on the line right now is Tausch holding up for a season, and eventually finding his replacement.

The OL isn't our issue with the running game nearly as much as it is we don't have a guy who can hit the hole consistently and break at least ONE tackle in the second level.

I don't care if you have a mack truck sized hole, if the RB can't hit it, it's useless.

That is not a radical solution to the running game.

A radical solution would be to put Finley in the backfield behind Kuhn and Johnson as his blockers. Then see if they can spring him open on the outside and let him run for awhile.

When Hall is active again, keep all three FBs active and run the inverted wishbone with Kuhn as the deep back. FBs blocking for FBs led by FBs is solid win.
