Besides all the obvious choices (Rodgers, Woodson, D Line), I think someone who should get some love is Tauscher. Just look at our o-line situation before and after he joined the team. Having him at RT has freed up our tightends to run routes, opposed to staying in to block. I don't feel like looking this up, but it seems our win streaks started when Tauscher came back to form. Besides anyone who replaces Barbre is a winner to me. :D

He's not the MVP, but no doubt you raise an excellent point. Is Finley able to EXPLODE in the 2nd half of the season like he did w/out Taush, or would he still be in max protect on the line for 70% (made up #) of the snaps?

I think it was 37 sacks 1st 8 games, 14 in the last 8!

Very good point.

I also remember someone saying something like we haven't scored a TD on a drive that had a sack and I don't think we broke that curse until late in the season.

So that's 37 drives killed in the 1st 8 games, and a huge improvement when Mark came back. Thanks Taush. :thumbright:

I seriously thought about adding Taush to the list but I all ready had so many choices and in the end I decided he is a HUGE reason for the success of the team but is not the team MVP. Those that feel he is can use the write in section of the ballot.

You know we have a good team, when there are several legitimate choices. I picked Rodgers, although I would have chose Capers had he been an option. TOTAL turn around for the defense. #1 rush defense. THAT is awesome.

Have you seen Flynn play? Without Rodgers on this team, we may win 3 games all year. Without Woodson, we probably win around 8 games with Tramon and Harris (if healthy) holding down the fort.

Charles Woodson is our best player, but Rodgers is our most valuable.

Bennie Wells AZ was injured for some of the year. The 3 weeks before he played GB he had 79/110/68. Last Sunday 26.

Barber Dallas is a pretty decent RB but he did not get 1000 yards. He never has but he splits time with Jones. Combined they had 1617 yards this year which would be #2. In the GB-Dallas game they combined for only 32 yards.
