He sometimes does this thing with his hands to kind of show off his belt or something. Reminds me of something you'd see from a superhero movie. Is it based on anything?

Looks like the thing some of the professional wrestlers do when they are telling the crowd that they have the championship belt already or that they are going after the belt.
