Can you blame Packer fans? I mean......the team you cheer for has NEVER won the big one. So instead of getting upset with Packer fans, why not turn your anger to where it belongs? ON THE VIKINGS for letting you down year after year after year......

If I took your advice, I'd be looked upon as a bandwagon fair weather fan. BTW, why do you think Minnesota has such a hard problem with getting the Vikings their stadium? The Twins got theirs.. The Gophers got theirs.. Why else do you think there's 'threats' of black outs every home game (although most of those are just media hacks just stirring the pot to get hits on their websites/etc.)? Because the casual fans are sick of the Vikings for the let downs in years past.

But, instead of looking at those people and saying, "Wow, good job! Way to stand up to your team and NOT put up with their losing ways!" NFL fans in general call Viking fans bandwagon fair weather fans.

Difference is.. How often do you fools hear how badly your team got swept by my team? I'd imagine pretty often.

I promise you, though.. It stacks up to NOTHING when compared to how often we've been hearing about our 'empty trophy case' from you guys (Yes, I'm generalizing a bit, but point still stands).

I automatically shut out the other person when they bring up that fact. It's tried. It's worn. It's LAME. Use some brain power and come up with something more intelligent, then we can discuss football.

It would be like me harping on EVERY Badger football fan on how little National Championship trophies they have, and how many my Golden Gophers got. EVERY. FUCKING. DISCUSSION.

But I agree with you. I don't use that argument. If anything, you're a better fan for sticking with a team that hasn't actually won anything yet. Not saying that that's the case over here, there are enough loyal Packer fans, but when it comes to the thropy argument, the Vikings are in the same boat as the Lions.

Maybe a little worse, as the Lions do have 4 NFL Championships.

It says so little about your current team. It just isn't a valid argument when discussing who's the better team at this point.

That said, if Viking fans go and just shout crap like 'the Fudge Packers Suck', of course you get back with an argument like that. What else is there to say? I'm not going to explain why the Packers have vastly improved from the start of the season to someone like that.

And, of course, it's just funny to see a Viking fan react. Just look at what you did yourself because of it. Lol.

I have NEVER called true Vikings fans "fair weather". I in fact applaud them for sticking by their team. I think you know that, Formo. Using the "You never won a SB" for me at least, is ONLY used in fun, as a "jab". I ONLY use it to be nasty when the rare occasional dick Viking fan starts lipping off.
Yes, your team beat my team twice this year. Thats fact. But at the end of the season, whoever holds up the Vince Lombardi trophy will have the last laugh.
