What do you guys think of us picking up Justin? He was cut because he missed a meeting. Not sure what else happened to make him get cut. He was also cut from the Raiders this year too.

As I said about Jones, I'd rather this guy return kicks/punts than Woodson or Tramon or Jordy.

He had some amazing years in 2005 and 2006, but pretty much flatlined from there on out, having one somewhat decent year last year. He got traded back to the Jets where he couldn't even clinch the starting job at KR after Leon Washington went down.

That said, it's worth a shot. We have an open position on the roster, he's most likely not too expensive and we need a kick returner anyway.

This is a lot better than signing Drummond, like I wanted earlier on. Lol.

Raiders cut him, not traded him. Right?

When I saw Charles back there returning a punt it did not scare me.

The reason it did not scare me is because by the time I realized that it was Woodson, he was already out of bounds, untouched.

I don't know much about this guy, other than what has been stated here..

"Missed a meeting, marginal player, bye bye" seems to sum it up for me.

Let him go be fodder, if we have a roster opening.

If Woodson got hurt (Or Williams) returning a punt, I would FLIP OUT. I'd probably be merely pissed off if Jordy got hurt, but I don't want to find out what my reaction would be.

Woodson was returning the punt because Jordy was out with a shoulder injury.

Yeah i brought this up in the ST thread the day he got cut. He's gone to the probowl for returns but hasnt done much in the last few years. He wold come cheap and couldn't do much worse then what were getting so far. I really like the idea of protecting value players like CW, Tramon, and Jordy more then any other aspect.
