Hey all I have just got done reviewing the past games and in my summation it comes down to one big overiding thing.

IMMATURITY
Now not the kind you would think like physical immaturity but of the mental kind. Look at their mannerism while they play. From HC to the guy on the bench. They look like they dont care all that much.

Like Ryan Grant for example dropped passes and poor production and he is twittering about some damned NYC brooklyn thing. Now having pride in yer home town is great. But come on you are a member of the Green Bay Packers a Proffesional FOOTBALL team.

While distractions are almost built into every team. The Pack cant seem to get out of its way. This comes directly from the coach and has filtered down to everyone. From a guy getting fired from Maintenance to players spouting off publicly of their displeasure of system.
I am therefor I think.

I think your right, and I blame the Head Coach. As much as I don't want to start rebuilding again, it looks like we might have to.

Simply this team needs to A hem Cowboy the F*** UP and now. I said in an earlier topic the need to get into the bunker mentality. Quit Whining and Start Winning. I don't want nor care about the media trying to start bullshit or whether the players are having patty cake coffee conversations about them need to play better.
They are paid to PLAY a game have fun and make it so.
The COACHES are paid to get the best out of them.
WE pay for quality period.
I am therefor I think.

This team also lacks a true "Exceptional" leader on the field and in the room below the bleachers.

The coach can only do so much. Sometimes leadership is on several levels, and I really do not see one True Exceptional Leader on the level of the playing field.

Confidence, in my opinion, is the number 1 problem right now. You can see it when Rodgers hesitates to throw and then gets sacked. You can see it when Tramon fails to trust his instincts and lets a TE catch a pass from Favre a step ahead of him instead of being there for the INT. You can see it in the playcalling on offense and defense. You can see it sinking it to the fan base. Meh.

our crappy O-Line is the biggest problem. Get that fixed and the rest of the offense can build in confidence. As for the D.... they need to either get shot of the 3-4 or get comfortable with it quickly.

Agreed about the Oline. The defense his fine. It will get better, but it's fine.

Thats true RP.
There needs to be someone that can grab these "kids" by the facemask and drill them to get their "S**T" together. Enough with the excuses. Someone on the team like a Reggie White personality.
Stop being worried about hurting feelings and kick them in their collective butts.

Oh.....I thought of you yesterday R.P! There was a car with Wisconsin plates that read "Raiduhs" and they had a mini Raiders helmet hanging from their rear view mirror!
My FIRST thought was of you!!! :thumbright:

beast (10m) : Yeah, but also some of the wording suggestions Jax only pranked called the QB, not the others... and if he had an open spreadsheet & 3 calls
beast (12m) : Thank goodness he's not leaving the Turtle in the Red Tide
Mucky Tundra (36m) : Cowboys 1st round pick Tyler Booker will indeed be bringing his pet turtle to Dallas with him
Mucky Tundra (54m) : that contained all prospects info and contact
Mucky Tundra (54m) : beast, according the Falcons statement Jax came across it on an ipad. If I had to guess, probably an open spread sheet or something
Zero2Cool (1h) : Simmons put up an emoji with cheese.
beast (1h) : Not sure anyone is interested in Isaiah Simmons... Collin Oliver might of taken his potential slot
beast (1h) : I'm going with Jax Ulbrich is not telling the whole truth... he accidentally came across it? Why would a defensive coordinator have a QB #?
Zero2Cool (2h) : He's not that great, but final piece of the script.\
Zero2Cool (2h) : If we add Isaiah Simmons, book your Super Bowl tickets
Mucky Tundra (2h) : Colts 1st round TE Tyler Warren also got prank called, was that Jax Ulbrich as well?
Zero2Cool (2h) : Jax Ulbrich, Jeff Ulbrich’s son, released an apology for his role in the Shedeur Sanders prank call.
Martha Careful (2h) : apparently he did not participate in practice or play on the east west shrine game nor the NFL combine. The kid was a mediocre spoiled brat
Mucky Tundra (2h) : Yeah that one that was a super wounded duck that Sanders supporters are highlighting to prove a point
Zero2Cool (3h) : Shough is the guy who missed guys at combine isn't he?
beast (3h) : It's not official until I'm dead! I have a chance still! (Not really)
Mucky Tundra (12h) : I could feel my body decomposing in real time when I read that

Mucky Tundra (22h) : saw the tweet, he meant the city
Mucky Tundra (22h) : Was that for the team or the city?

beast (26-Apr) : Buddy Ryan used to say if a candy bar goes missing, there are two to blame, Rex and Rob 🤪 jk 😁
Martha Careful (26-Apr) : Bum Phillips used to say there are two ways to get better. Get better players or get players to play better. We have a new DL coach
Zero2Cool (26-Apr) : Yes. Look at the losses last year. They can win.

Martha Careful (25-Apr) : No thanks. Not a dependable guy to be in the right place and run the right route. Dumb as a box of rocks.
Zero2Cool (25-Apr) : Losing 2nd round pick for a one year rental, not ideal. Especially a headcase.
TheKanataThrilla (25-Apr) : Pickens for Jaire may be interesting. Definitely not sure we want Pickens long term.
dfosterf (25-Apr) : No.Absolutely not
Zero2Cool (25-Apr) : NO NO NO NO NO NO!!1 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
dhazer (25-Apr) : scenario: Our main prospects are off the board when our pick comes around, do we just throw a 2nd round pick at Pittsburgh for Pickens
