i just got off my xbox 360, playing call of duty world at war, and i got a headache from the kids screaming and crying on the mic... if anyone else hates this post a funny story here

Mute them lol. I get this all the time in Halo 3 so I just mute them. Well actually I mouth off a bit to them first and then mute them before they can respond.

You can mute individual players by gamertag.

I usually start a party with friends. No headaches. No dealing with kids. Just some fun relaxing game play.

By far the game I've spent the most time on online is Counterstrike (1.6 of course). It's all about finding the right server, that's NOT full of whining kids. And one that doesn't put up with it. You behave yourself, you make friends, you find a home.

But my homes keep falling apart... I've drifted through like 4 servers now that I've spent more than a year at, there's one or two people that I follow each time and then people just stop coming after a while. It's sad. 😕

You playing CS too?

I haven't played CS 1.6 in awhile.. I like Source too much (I know the mechanics isn't as good.. but the overall playability and graphic purdiness keeps me coming back) to be playing CS 1.6.

I've also have gotten into Left 4 Dead. That's a fun game when playing Versus mode.

BTW, I'll have to find and post my personal record for damage dealt on CS 1.6.. I took a screenie.. I had like 6 kills with an AWP, 5 of them headshots.

I don't remember if this was in 1.6 (or maybe before then) or Condition Zero, but I believe I got something between 850 and 950 with a pump shottie. I've tried it in 1.6, can't be done.

As for playing CS now... It's a great time waster, but like I was talking about earlier, the server I went to kind of died. Some people went one way, some people went another, and I didn't like any of the servers other people were going to. I'll probably not play CS for a year, then when I get bored I'll play it again for another year.

As far as playing CS now.. Yeah, I'm the same way. I play sparingly at most. There's only one Source server I frequent with any sort of regularity, and it's not even a 'real' CS server (its modded). There aren't awesome servers anymore like there used to. It's sad. It's all either modded servers or single map ONLY servers. For the n00bs.

Wow Counter-Strike. I used to play that game competitively and ended up at a tournament in Toronto four years ago that was incredibly fun. I've also been part of a clan since 2001 called Zero Tolerance Killers . We've had a few issues recently but were starting to gain some momentum back. Plus we still have our servers 🙂

I don't use my Xbox headphones at all. Used them once for a game of Madden, but the constant smack talking thrown my way started to annoy me. And other games I usually play with some friends who I'm on teamspeak with, anyway.
