The loss dropped the Packers to 2-1, though they still hold a one-game lead over Minnesota and Chicago for first place in the NFC North Division. Dallas remained unbeaten at 3-0. The New York Giants are the NFC's only other unbeaten team.
The Cowboys gave Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers his first taste of how tough a defense can make life on an NFL quarterback when it can turn on the heat. The Cowboys put more pressure on Rodgers than he faced in his first two games this season and with the help of a couple of blitzed kept the Packers out of the end zone on their first three trips into the red zone.
