Yeah, the early drops took a lot of momentum from us. Had those passes not been dropped, we'd possibly have a quick lead and they'll be the ones playing catch up. It would have been an entirely different game.

Plus, I think it was specifically mentioned elsewhere but of the 6 sacks, 5 of them were drive killers.

I share your optimism. +1 for a very well thought out analysis. I'd like to see discussion of positive momentum plays supporting a win after the next weeks.

Zombie, we had a quick turn around lead, we were up 14-7. Then we couldn't sustain. The first half was back and forth even battle. We flat out lost the game in the second half. I really didn't see momentum being the issue until near late 3rd quarter.

The first half was anchored by two turnovers, one which was a TD, the other gave us the ball within the 10 yard line en route to a TD. Our offense still didn't get in rhythm.
