If it comes down to Aaron vs Brett, I'd put my money on Brett.

I hope you meant to say Aaron. That's who I'd put my money on.

I would take the opposite approach to beating the Vikings, though. Shut down the passing game. Let Peterson gain 150 yards, or whatever. As long as you prevent him from making the really long runs, he can't beat you singlehandedly.

Heh. Yeah, that's what I meant to say. I think you could tell in my wordings I meant that. Aaron right now is a top 3 QB, Favre is a top 16 QB.

Can i have some of what your drinking Zombie? Top 3 qb? Who do you leave out, Brady, Manning, Brees, Rivers just to name a few?

"zombieslayer" wrote:

Yeah, top 3 is looking a bit generous. I think we're all in agreement that he's top 10 though, and maybe top 7.

I also hope we're in agreement that Favre is still a top-16 QB.

And I got money on both Aaron and Brett to do well this year. Either of them win a SB and Mrs. Zombieslayer goes on her Alaskan Cruise that she's always dreamed of.

If we can't win the big one, money aside, I'm hoping Brett gets another SB ring just to see the look on your face, and the irony that you didn't win a SB until your most hated player ever joined your team. :tongue3:

I STILL don't think we have to worry about the Vikings winning a SB, Favre or not.

The comment we'd hear from Pack fans if the Vikings were to win would be in jest.
And if that were the case:
The Vikings would have won a SB with their hero in one year.. While the Packers won the same amount of SBs in the span of 16 years.

No matter what they were to say, it would be moot.
