I'd take Chris Jacke over Ryan Longwell.

I'm not concerned about anything being different for Crosby, just that he is below the NFL average which was 84.5% last season. We ranked 27 of 32, would like to see that improved. One thing that would help Crosby is less 40-49 yard FG attempts. He had the 3rd most attempts from that distance. I look for the offense to help him out more.

I think it was the former punter Jon Ryan. Kapinos isn't a strong holder (and I guess he isn't guaranteed the job for the full season) so the Packers have chosen to go with Flynn. Having a QB as the holder has the advantage of being able to execute a fake, or recover from a botched snap; however, it has the disadvantage of the holder not having the usual time in practice with the kicker (as Flynn has QB duties).
