right, they started going to the playoffs with the team that Thompson built.

Well I don't think the director of player personell has an effect on wins and losses beyond which players are on the field. So if they started winning with the players he brought in then yes he did have something to do with it no matter how you look at it.

All my posts are serious, thus thats why people don't like me cuz i speak my mind and i don't follow the crowd but that has now changed for the better of the forum.
